To help entry-level learners enhance their abilities and performance in the workplace, a 12-month Sasol learnership 2024 program will include both practical on-site work experience and a theoretical component that is associated with a NQF Sasol Learnership curriculum. It imparts fundamental abilities in reading, math, communication, computers, and fundamental business concepts.
It is appropriate for Grade 12 qualified individuals to acquire fundamental professional skills. As part of the practical component, learners will prepare for the workforce by offering administrative support to enhance managers’ and departments’ overall effectiveness.
Entrepreneurship, business operations, customer service, business accounting, math literacy, communication skills, and computer skills will all be covered in the theoretical component.
