You will take the lead in applying precise adjustments and control procedures to reach the highest level of milling performance and preserve flawless wheat output quality.
Maximize milling gain and extraction by optimizing the screens room arrangement. Make sure wheat quality is constant and meets predetermined guidelines. Ensure that millers are properly trained, maintained, and prepared. Enhance overall plant efficiency through targeted interventions. Maintain strict safety procedures, make sure the work area is clean, and make sure that production processes strictly adhere to FSSC 22000 requirements, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. A GMF Trade Test, a fundamental Matric certification, and five years of post-Trade Test experience proving proficiency in Overall Equipment Effectiveness in a wheat milling setting are required. Familiarity with wheat grading and fumigation procedures is useful. knowledge of PLC-controlled facilities combined with experience working in mills that can process at least 20 tons per hour.
