The Clover YES learner programme 2025 aims to equip you with 12 months of job experience. These roles are located in Clover’s branches, which include Clayville, CDC Cape Town, Bloemfontein, and Queensburgh. Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4

Duties and Responsibilities

Control and order stocks.

• Apply the appropriate stock control methods in-store and in backup when Clover stock is handled.
• Control, reduce, and write up returns in accordance with the store’s work plan.
• Avoid out-of-stock situations and notify AM promptly. Place accurate and timely orders according on the ordering tempo.
• Ensure that things are always clean and nice on the shelves.
• Ensure effective crate and equipment control in the store in accordance with corporate policy.
• Maintain positive business relationships with store management, AM, HO, customers, and other merchandisers at all times.

Implement proper shelf control according to the specified store and shelf plans

• As directed by the AM, pack shelves according to the store flow while using fundamental merchandising principles.
• Make sure the refrigerator is always kept up to date.
• Maintain indicated shelf set in terms of the provided planners or generic shelf set
• Always keep the PI label on each product.
• Place point-of-sale materials in their designated locations and keep them there at all times.
• Keep up with pertinent administration
• Exploit all opportunities in store to enhance the presence of products on a shelf

Create and preserve positive business partnerships

• Maintain constant communication with the store’s management, AM, HO, customers, and other merchandisers.
