Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Clerk to join our Cape Town branch in Montague Gardens. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a sales administration or sales support role, along with a matric qualification. The Sales Administration Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring that sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration:
  • Assist the sales team in processing orders, quotes, and invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Customer Support:

Our clients a beneficiary funds company based in Cape Town CBD are seeking participants to join their Contact Centre NQF level 3 (12Month) learnership programme.

Industry training provided which will equip you to fulfill a services function within the workplace

Our client is looking for self-motivated, client centric individuals to participate in 12-month learnership programme.

Profile:

  • Working Hours – Monday โ€“ Friday standard working hours
  • Stipend โ€“ R66 000 per annum + an incentive bonus of R6000
  • Learnership Training – will be provided

Requirements:

  • MUST have a Clear credit and criminal record
  • MUST have passed Grade 12 with a National Senior Certificate
  • Strong Communication skills โ€“ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Additional Languages: Sesotho, isiXhosa, isiZulu, Tshivenda, Sepedi is advantageous.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy skills CAT and MS offices advantageous.
