Complete a 12-month Customer Care Learnership at the Contact Centre, which gives a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey. This is a call centre role working in the Short-Term Insurance department providing customer support on all insurance-related queries.
Requirements
Our minimum requirements normally applicable to the YES program are as follows:
- Age between 18-29 years
- SA Citizen
- Grade 12
- Unemployed
- Has never participated in a leadership/intern program previously.
- Residing in the Gauteng area – preferably 1 taxi ride away from A&G Park (We are flexible on this though)
- Basic computer literacy
- Able to communicate in English (very good written and verbal communication skills). Afrikaans will be advantageous
