Airport Learnerships at 9 Airports Company

The Airport Company is responsible for administering the majority of our country’s main airports, and they are now seeking individuals for Learnerships at nine (9) of these sites countrywide, as well as the headquarters.

Airports Company South Africa is searching for motivated young individuals to participate in the Learnerships they provide at various airports. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 34 to qualify for these Learnerships, which will last up to 18 months.

These Airport Learnerships are the first step toward a career in aviation/transportation, and they will provide learners with the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge that will help them further their professions.

Candidates will be enrolled in either the Further Education and Training Certificate: Fire and Rescue Operations (NQF 5) or the National Certificate: General Security Practices (NQF 3). After successfully completing the Learnerships, the applicants will get one of these credentials.

Learners on the Learnership will be paid a monthly stipend while on the programme.

70% of the time on the curriculum will be spent working on the practical aspects of the training at the appropriate departments. 30% of the training will be theoretical, delivered on-site or by a training provider.
