Customer Service Representative (Email/Chat – Non-Voice) – Remote

Position Mission

We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative (Email Support) to connect with our customers and offer and process information in response to queries and requests for goods, services, and promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with consumers via email every day.
  • Handle retail customer service queries, primarily for English-speaking areas. This includes concerns about the style of glasses or sunglasses, prescriptions, order status, warranties, and so on.
  • Introduce clients to higher-priced things, upgrades, or other add-ons to increase profits.
  • This position requires a calm and consistent work attitude, as well as consistency when dealing with repetitive procedures.
  • The position requires a cooperative, polite, and empathetic listener who likes interacting with others and assisting them.
  • Customer service is extremely important, with a team-oriented approach. The task necessitates paying close attention to details, managing them with greater accuracy than is typical, and paying close attention to work quality.
  • The focus is on working comfortably under tight supervision in a stable, safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in verbal and written English; extra language is preferred
  • Excellent time management and documentation skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Able to work the graveyard shift, including weekends
  • High-speed, stable internet connection
