Well established guest house centrally situated in Somerset West, has an opportunity for a Laundry assistant to join their team ASAP.

Your role will be filling a vital role in guest satisfaction by providing a constant supply of spotless linens for our guests.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Count and send dirty linen for cleaning
• Receive and distribute clean linen
• Washing, drying, and folding towels
• Inspect dirty laundry to identify stains/tears and treat before washing
• Complete linen inventory every month
• Stock shelves and housekeeping carts with clean, folded laundry Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication with staff to motivate them to work.

Working hours
Monday – Friday (07h30 – 16h30)
ONE WEEKEND PER MONTH
HRS: Saturday & Sunday (08h00 – 12h00)
