Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of activities that are critical to the operation of the HiFi Corp support centre. These responsibilities include:
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: As a Service Centre Administrator, customer satisfaction is your priority. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with product returns, and ensure that all customers receive the support they need.
- Achieving Sales Objectives: Although your primary work is administrative, you will also contribute to attaining sales objectives by advertising the services available at the service centre.
- Maintaining Product Knowledge: You will keep current on the goods available at HiFi Corp, allowing you to address client queries and provide appropriate suggestions.
- Merchandising and Store appearance: You will help to improve the store’s visual appearance by ensuring that items are presented attractively and that consumers can easily locate what they are looking for.
- Contributing to Safety and Security: Your responsibilities include ensuring that the service centre is safe and secure, safeguarding both customers and employees.
- Effective Teamwork and Self-Management: You’ll collaborate closely with other team members to keep the service centre running effectively, while also managing your own tasks efficiently.
