Duties of an Examination Assistant

- Ensure that the necessary amount of scripts and marksheets for each batch, topic, and examination session is received, managed, and packaged for the appropriate marking venues.
- Addressing discrepancies per subject, paper, or session.
- Preparing marking centre files and aiding with script distribution to venues.
- Scripts are archived and indexed after being marked for future retrieval.

- Ensure that all questions are marked, totals are correct, and marks are accurately transferred to covers and marksheets.
- Addressing disparities by collaborating with marking teams to ensure fixes are implemented.
- Reconciling and organizing scripts by subject for proper archiving.
