Lives within a 15-kilometer radius of the McDonald’s location
Has a clear criminal record

Is punctual and committed to their assigned shifts
Can work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings

Role Responsibility:

Crew members are critical to the success of any McDonald’s location. You will be the brand’s face, connecting directly with customers and collaborating with a close-knit team to achieve operational success.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Arriving on time and finishing your shifts consistently.
Greeting every customer warmly and professionally
Taking and managing client orders in-store and through the drive-thru
Preparing meal orders quickly while maintaining high quality and consistency.
Carefully packaging all food to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for the restaurant, kitchen, and service facilities.
Follow all McDonald’s protocols for food safety and personal cleanliness.
Engaging in on-the-job training to continuously improve performance
Supporting other crew members and management to achieve team goals
