TSU Protection Services, a renowned provider of private security services, is pleased to introduce its 2025 Learnership Programme. This is your chance to enter the rapidly expanding and vital Private Security Industry with the relevant skills, certifications, and work experience.
This campaign is aimed at jobless South African adolescents aged 18 to 30, mostly from formerly disadvantaged populations (Black, Coloured, and Indian). The programme is open to both males and females, and we strongly encourage applications from Persons With Disabilities (PWDs).
What is a Learnership?
A learnership is a systematic learning program that results in a recognized vocational certification. It combines classroom-based theoretical learning with actual on-the-job training. Successful learners will be accredited as Security Officers upon graduation, opening the door to work prospects in both the private and corporate sectors.
Entry Requirements For The TSU 2025 Learnership Programme
To qualify for the TSU Learnership, individuals must:
- Be jobless and not registered for any qualification or learnership.
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric) with English and a minimum level 4 in all subjects.
- Be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID.
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Have no criminal record
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be computer literate (MS Office, email, internet) – advantageous
Be able to work independently and take initiative
Reside near Centurion, Gauteng
