Discovery Service Consultant Internships Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include providing Discovery insurance Standards-compliant service to callers, conducting administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintaining accurate and precise statistics on queries and communications.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing the direct line manager with high-quality feedback
  • Routing inquiries to the proper departments or teams for suitable response
  • Responds rapidly to callers’ demands, as well as their comments and feedback.
  • Making use of every Discovery system needed for every call, inquiry, and message
